This is a guided meditation that bridges into hypnotherapy allowing for the sub-conscious mind to be accessed to bring about peace and calm and allow for life changes to be easily put into place.
Guided meditation can be done one to one or in a group to help deal with varying issues including stress, confidence building and weight loss and can be used to help you focus on goals to work towards achieving them with more ease. This can be done so that recordings which are made during each session and can be taken home to reinforce visualization practice.
If you would prefer a one to one meditation it can be done alone or in conjunction with any other treatment. Treatments can last from 30 to 90 minutes depending on the issues you wish to tackle.
