During lockdown I set up live classes via the group meridian mastery and meditation. These classes follow on from the reiki and Eden energy medicine shares I was running in 2019. Each week I looked at a different meridian so people can learn how best to look after themselves and each other. Eden energy medicine incorporates yogic stretches, chi gong exercises, acupressure point tapping, self massage and affirmation work.
